The recruitment team screened all submitted resumes and shortlisted the candidates for the interview.
The shortlisted candidate goes through an extensive interview process including oral, practical, and technological tests.
The recruitment team Initially selects some potential caregivers and then they do the background checking for validation and safety.
After background checking recruitment committee select the final caregivers and completes their guarantor process and other paper works.
Finally selected caregivers to attend and complete their initial mandatory training before starting the service at the client's house.
